What you’ll find out: Batman is done with this war between The Joker and The Riddler. Many have lost their lives because of their feud and he has tried his best to stop the horrendous terror that has fallen over Gotham. If Batman cannot stop the war, than maybe Bruce Wayne can. Only one side can win in a war. What side will Bruce Wayne choose to stop the madness that has fallen over his beloved city? Will it be the right one?

What just happened? Bruce Wayne invites both sides of the war to his home and throws a dinner party in hopes to understand their views in the war. The Joker on one end of the table with Mr. Freeze, The Penguin, and The Ventriloquist as back up; The Riddler on the other end with Killer Croc, Two-Face and Poison Ivy as his backup; In the middle sits Bruce Wayne listening to both men attack each other verbally with jokes and riddles. Bruce Wayne will do something he himself would of have never thought of doing in his life; thinking of choosing a side.

Rating: 9/10

Final Thoughts:  The tension in this issue could be cut with a knife! Both sides come face to face since the last time when The Joker shot The Riddler and left him to die. Things are truly heating up as a new proposition emerges. Tom King shows his amazing talents as a writer as he sits Bruce in the middle of the two most wanted villains in Gotham City. Putting Bruce in a tough spot that only he can solve is what makes this story a work of art. Mikel Janin’s art is prefect and on point as with every issue, showing everyone’s expressions and close detail to things that are happening is why his art is so good. Love The Joker’s pissed off face. Be ready to indulge yourself in an amazingly delicious French cuisine.
