Synopsis: After the events of Harley Quinn’s birthday, Harley realizing the mayor was out to get her, so she decides to run for mayor herself!

What You’ll Need To Know:

They Unconquerable 25 turned out at early Harley Quinn’s birthday party and shot up the place. Luckily, with the help of the other Gotham City Sirens and Eggy, she kicked their asses. We’ve had a small gap since then with Harley’s anniversary issue. The mayor along with his right hand women Madison Berkowitz (you have no idea how long it took me to remember her name) has been trying to take her down as we discover and he was behind this attempt to take her out.

In This Issue:

We take a look into Harley’s daily routine, working with the elderly like the sweetheart she is, taking out anger and frustration in roller derby, to hiding in trunks with Poison Ivy and Harlem Harley. Harley is seen as a local hero after taking down the Unconquerable 25, now she is busting the biggest auto theft operation New York has ever seen while working with the police! Big Tony, Eggy, and RedTool are here to help too! This looks even better, although the current mayor will not take kindly to this. We’ll see how he retaliates and tries to thwart her plans to be the next mayor! But so far, he hasn’t been very successful. He’s going to have to hire someone just as smart, and more scary.

Rating: 7.5/10

Final Thoughts:

Love the art, and it is a funny story. It’s a great opening to the rest of the arc, just nothing really crazy happened. That’s how it is for most beginnings though. One thing is for sure, I’d definitely vote for Harley!
