Synopsis: Harley is running for mayor and has created a name for herself being a wild card candidate that can relate to the common citizen and by taking down a lot of criminals.

What You’ll Need To Know: The current Mayor and Harley Quinn have always has it out for each other. He is trying to take her out and now that she is competing against him. Mayor DePerto and his assistant Madison had hired The Unconquerable 25 to take care of Harley to no avail. Shocker. They royally screwed up trying to catch her at her birthday party. So to step it up, they hired Dr. Crane aka Scarecrow for his help. He may not scare as easy as Penguin.

In This Issue: There is an election debate tonight, Harley is a huge threat to The Mayor’s campaign so he wants Scarecrow to stop her from making it. However, Scarecrow wants her to make it so he can execute his sinister plan. And how does he usually do that? Scaring people sh*tless. What could scare Harley so bad? Hurting the things she loves the most! There is a lot of romance in this issue as well, along with letting go. An old flirtation comes back, sort of out of nowhere. Is this just a new love interest for Harley or are they trying to seduce her for the wrong reasons?

Rating: 10/10

Final Thoughts: Fun issue, keeps you on your toes. I love seeing old Arkham villains in this series. The mix of art styles is cool since we see The Suicide Squad style. It’s done tastefully. Sort of disturbing at certain points, so that REALLY brings the stakes up.
