The Man called The Joker is a new person and wants to be called by his true name, Jack Napier. Jack Napier takes GCPD to court and is ready to expose years of corruption that has been taking over the City of Gotham from the inside. Now a hero to the middle class, he will use the City’s 99% to start a revolution and take back the City, but Jack Napier will not do it alone; he will bring a few old friends to help and his beloved Harley will be with him every step of the way. Can Bruce focus to save Alfred or will his anger take the best of him again?

What you need to know: The truth about Arkham Asylum, GCPD, and the Government of Gotham has come to light. Jack Napier has gained the public’s support and is a free man. But before he helps Gotham, he must help what life he has left and the person he messed up the most; his beloved Harleen Quinzel.

What you’ll find out: Exposing to the citizens of Gotham who the true villains are and also who created “The Joker”, Jack Napier moves to make Gotham City Great Again.

What just happened? As Jack Napier looks to mend things with Harley Quinn, Bruce and Mr. Freeze work together to find a cure for MacGregor’s disease in hopes to save Alfred and bring back Nora. While finding out what really happens during Batman’s crusade in stopping crime, Bruce Wayne loses it. He hears that when Batman fights, he usually goes into poor neighborhoods and people have been making profit off those areas. As Jack Napier begins to understand what he must do to get Gotham City back to the great City it used to be, he sets up a meeting with a few “old friends”; Jack Napier works to start a revolution that will make him win Gotham City.

Summary
Sean Murphy and Matt Hollingsworth are creating a work of art. Seeing a side that no one has seen from The Joker is so enjoying. Finally seeing a sane Joker who now understands the hurt he has caused and know the obsession he had with Batman is just a treat. I cannot wait to finally see Jack Napier when he takes to office and clean the City of Gotham. Bruce Wayne/Batman is going to have one hell of a tough time when everyone in Gotham are against him and are rallying for Jack Napier. Is Batman the true villain of this story? Is he not trying to save his City or has Batman taken measures too far to come back from? The struggle of Jack Napier is the true star in this issue as he asks for Harley Quinn’s forgiveness. His walk back to memory lane from Harley Quinn’s point of view really hits the core to understanding the mind of Jack Napier in hopes that he has changed to become a better man; but the last panel makes you want to question his motives. Are his motives for good or is The Joker still lurking in Jack Napier’s soul? “You ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?”
